Tips For Less Holiday Stress

Holiday Stress? Some Tips For Having Less

We all dream of having wonderful holidays. We start each day full of the spirit of the season. We look at the lovely fresh fallen snow, and marvel at the beauty of the world. But lets face it - life can be stressful. By the time we get the kids up, dressed, and fed, referee a few morning scuffles, find lost homework, binkies, and keys, field a few phone calls, dig out the car, make our way through morning traffic, and try to get some Christmas shopping done at the local Target, the good feeling is… well, gone. The joy and magic of the season can easily be overshadowed by obligations, responsibilities, credit card spending gone mad, and, of course, relatives. If any of this is sounding familiar, you might be asking yourself - How could we end the madness? Well, here are some tips to make the season a little jollier - or at least less cranky.

* Adjust your outlook: Your perspective is the looking glass through which you see the world. It is central to how you experience emotions, situations, and life in general. By shifting your perspective you can, in effect, change you experience. This is your life - put a positive spin on things - what have you got to loose but the blues!

* Simplify your life: Get organized, try to cut down on clutter, and prioritize your tasks. Many dreaded obligations are self-imposed. Remember you really don’t have to do everything.

* Practice extreme self care: Make time to do what you love - take in a movie, go to a museum, curl up with a book or take a long hot bubble bath. Pamper yourself! This is your life - enjoy it! Don’t worry - the dishes aren’t going to pack up and leave town. Get plenty of sleep - exhaustion is a main factor in stress - and don’t over indulge. Enjoy all the holiday goodies, but do so in moderation. Add some moderate exercise and you’ll be healthier and have more energy.

* Be thankful for the little things: Practice loving the simple things in life; playing games with your children, taking a walk on a snowy winter morning, or cuddling with your honey after everyone’s in bed. When we open our hearts to happiness, we often find that it’s all around us.

* Make peace with flexibility: Celebrate you successes and let the rest slide. Learn to go with the flow. Take a breath, relax. Don’t sweat the small stuff.

* Embrace the spirit of the holidays: Greet each day with the holiday spirit and fill your life with kindness, compassion, gratefulness and love.

Yes, there will still be hectic moments and stressful events, but you control the extent to which you respond to them. Open yourself to the possibility that the holidays can be joyous, and you might just find yourself whistling along with some of those Christmas carols.

Investing in an MLM Business Program Can Be Very Rewarding

Investing in an MLM Business Program Can Be Very Rewarding

More and more people are seeing the great benefit of starting a home business with the help of the internet.

But they are many people who quits after 6 or 12 months.

The biggest reason is the lack of patience and the lack of result.

It is really important to see an MlM business as a long term investment and not as an expense or a get rich quick gimmicks.

Many investment program take years to get a substancial profit.

It can take 5, 10 and even 30 years to get a good profit.

With an MLM business it can take between 3 to 5 years to make 100K years after years.

So don’t you think the reward is worth it ???

The power of most MLM business come from two thing

1. RESIDUAL INCOME
2. LEVERAGED INCOME

Residual Income is income that keeps coming in, month after month, year after year, from work you do just once. It’s like a royalty where you write a book or record a song and get paid forever on it.

Every time a customer makes a purchase, you get a commission. When they renew their orders, you continue to collect a commission. This stream of income is often “automatic,” as your customers continue to receive the products they want on a monthly basis.

Leveraged Income is earning money through other people’s efforts. The fact is, there are only 24 hours in a day, so there’s only so much you can earn through your own efforts. Hence, a truly smart business is one that allows you to “leverage” yourself through what other people are doing in a win/win way.

You can eventually have hundreds, even thousands, of people putting dollars into your pocket from around the world…and around the clock!

MLM Business Advantage
The advantages of a MLM business is that you don’t need a physical location. You don’t need to rent or buy a place to start your business.
Imagine how much it will cost you to do such thing.

It can cost you thousand of dollards per month to have a brick and mortar business.

On the internet you can advertise for free. This is another benefit of the internet. You can write article like this one and publish it in ezine, website, etc. This is call viral marketing. Or you can advertise for a really low investment, like with overture or Google Adword.

You pay only when someone click on your Ad. This is called Pay Per Click. You can have good traffic and good sales using PPC campaign. You can bid as low as 10 cents per click.

With an internet business you don’t need no inventory unless you have youre own product that you ship by yourself. Most business opportunity ship the product for you and you keep the profits.

Imagine you don’t need to keep an inventory, you don’t need a cash register, you don’t need credit card processing etc.etc. All this is done for you if you sales for another business opportunity. You don’t need employee to train and pay. You don’t need to pay for vacation, insurance, benefices etc.

Conclusion

An MLM Business is a long term investment. You don’t have to quit your job to do business on the internet. In fact i don’t recommend it. Unless you have a couple houndred dollard to live for a couple of years.

Think of your first six months primarily as a training period. Don’t expect large earnings until after you’ve educated yourself.

The “key” to your success is simply not to quit! There is no NO SUCH THING as a “get-rich-quick” program. Though there are, of course, exceptions, most successful home-business owners take at least two to five years to get their business into a lucrative, profitable mode…and you can too!

Is Laparoscopic Bypass Surgery Right for You?

In American weight today, there are two very different issues
that are basis for discussion. The number of obese people is on
the rise and the pressure that society as a whole puts on people
to be thin. For the morbidly obese, the issue is less about
looks and more about health, they would not only like to look
better, but also to be healthier and live longer. When diet and
exercise do not work, many people turn to laparoscopic gastric
bypass surgery.

When the smaller pouch stomach is created, it is directly
connected to the middle portion of the small intestine. By doing
this, the digestive process moves past, the point where calories
are absorbed (the malabsorption part of the procedure). With the
calorie absorption severely limited, the weight loss method is
completed. However, the part of the small intestine that is
bypassed to stop calorie absorption is also the part that
absorbs need nutrients such as vitamin B12 and calcium. If these
deficiencies become too much of an issue, supplements will be
prescribed.

There are risks involved with the Laparoscopic bypass surgery,
while they generally are not major, you should still seek the
advice and knowledge of your surgeon before you decide if this
procedure is right for you and your personal situation. These
risks can include death, vomiting, diarrhea, repeat surgeries
and infection.

The Laparoscopic bypass surgery is performed by making a small
pouch from the top section of the existing stomach. The rest of
the stomach is then stapled shut, it is not removed from the
body, but it is no longer used either (this is the restrictive
portion of the surgery). The pouch holds approximately a quarter
of volume as the complete stomach did; this is one of the ways
weight loss is achieved.

The Laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery is, by far, the most
commonly performed surgery in America today. Many in the
bariatric industry have even called it the Gold standard. The
reason for this is because this surgery combines a restrictive
surgery with a malabsorption procedure, the result is quicker
weight loss with less risk of vitamin deficiencies.

The Ins and Outs of Proper Nutrition

Secretly we all want just a few things in life, none the
least of which is to live a life that is healthy and
energetic. One way to accomplish this is to eat a well
balanced diet that fuels the body to take on life’s
challenges.

Did you know that one of the best things you can do to
improve your overall health and well being is to eat a
diet that is well rounded and nutritious?

Diet can make the difference between feeling great and
feeling just o.k. But how do you know which foods will
propel you to health and well being?

Proper nutrition is easy. In fact, all you need to do to
ensure your health and well being is follow five simple
steps, outlined below.

Top Five Tips for Maintaining Optimal Nutrition

•Eat a well balanced diet. This means you have to
incorporate foods from each of the four food groups.

•Adopt the phrase moderation. At no time should you
consider some foods ‘bad’ and other foods ‘good’.
Rather, all foods can be nourishing if they are eaten in
moderation. Chocolate cake will not make you fat if you
don’t eat it every day for dinner!

•Take a multi-vitamin. Even the healthiest dieter may
not get all of the vitamins and nutrients they need from
diet alone. Why? Our bodies aren’t always able to
absorb nutrients efficiently from the foods we eat.
Thus it is important to take a multi-vitamin and mineral
supplement daily.

•Get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation can wreak havoc on
your diet, and even contribute to weight gain.

•Exercise daily. Even 10 minutes of routine exercise
can help your body maintain its peak fitness level.

Excessive consumption of alcohol can also wreak havoc on
your diet. Alcohol inhibits the body’s ability to absorb
vital nutrients, such as calcium. In addition, alcohol
in the evening can interfere with your sleep cycle.

Other things you can do to improve you nutrition include
incorporating lean proteins and fish into your diet. Fatty
fishes including salmon provide key nutrients called
“essential fatty acids” which help your brains abilityto
function properly.

Nutrition is a choice. For you to be the healthiest
person you can be, it is vital that you make choices that
are good for you and your well being. Adopting just a
couple of the strategies above will help you tremendously
on your journey toward optimal health.
